Reasons for project initiation:
With the rapid development of the domestic stage market, competition has become increasingly fierce, and demands for cost control, supply timeliness have grown stronger, coupled with supply chain shortages. [Customers] began to seek domestic equipment manufacturers for development and supporting production. Hexin gained customer recognition by virtue of its capabilities in independently developing specialized equipment, molds, jigs, and gauges, as well as its comprehensive quality assurance system.
Development timeline
The project was initiated in November 2024, and the development of stage lifting frames commenced. After a series of development work including mold design, sample production, and testing & verification, the equipment passed all performance tests and obtained customer recognition. Finally, the first unit of the equipment was used at Wang Yuan's concert in Guangzhou University Town.
Technological breakthroughs
During the development process, by improving the equipment frame, a breakthrough was achieved—manual operation of the equipment is enabled in cases of oil leakage or power failure, without the need to replace the equipment, which significantly reduces the operating cost.
Through testing and verification of the equipment's oil pipe joints during development, the issues of oil leakage from oil pipe joints and short service life were solved. This reduces the replacement cost and operating cost of the joints.
