Test items & standards

Material Physical Property Inspection

Purpose: To test the elongation and tensile strength of the material.
Testing Equipment: Universal Tensile Testing Machine

Cross-Sectional Dimension Inspection

Purpose: To inspect bellows-related data, including the thickness error rate after forming and the weld penetration depth.
Testing Equipment: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) / Profile Projector / Metallurgical Microscope

Corrosion Resistance Test

Purpose: To verify the surface corrosion resistance of bellows when exposed to salt spray conditions for a long time.
Testing Equipment: Salt Spray Test Chamber

Full-Size Product Inspection

Purpose: Inspect all dimensions of the product in accordance with the product drawing to ensure all data meet customer requirements.

Air Tightness Inspection

Purpose: The air tightness test aims to verify whether there is leakage in the bellows and its connection parts, ensuring sealing performance and reliability under pressure conditions.
Testing Equipment: (Test method: Fill the bellows with gas of a certain pressure, such as air or nitrogen, and judge the sealing performance by detecting pressure drop or air bubble leakage.)
