The bending and torsional resistance of a component mainly depends on how the material is distributed in its cross-sectional shape. The farther the material is distributed from the central axis, the larger the moment of inertia, and the stronger the bending resistance.

Purpose: To inspect bellows-related data, including the thickness error rate after forming and the weld penetration depth.

Purpose: To verify the surface corrosion resistance of bellows when exposed to salt spray conditions for a long time.

Purpose: Inspect all dimensions of the product in accordance with the product drawing to ensure all data meet customer requirements.

Purpose: The air tightness test aims to verify whether there is leakage in the bellows and its connection parts, ensuring sealing performance and reliability under pressure conditions.
Testing Equipment: (Test method: Fill the bellows with gas of a certain pressure, such as air or nitrogen, and judge the sealing performance by detecting pressure drop or air bubble leakage.)
