CNC Milling and Turning

CNC milling and turning achieve ultra-high precision of ±0.01mm and stable processing of complex geometric shapes, with excellent surface finish. Its advantages lie in high-efficiency automation (multi-axis linkage, 24/7 continuous operation) and broad material adaptability (metals, engineering plastics, etc.), which significantly improve the efficiency of mass production and reduce unit costs.

Although the initial investment in equipment and programming is relatively high, in large-scale mass production, it demonstrates outstanding cost-effectiveness by reducing labor input, scrap rates, and enabling rapid production changeovers. Meanwhile, it supports flexible production and meets the needs of small-batch customization.

Main Processes of CNC Milling and Turning
According to the part requirements, machining steps are designed, machining programs are compiled, and tool selection is determined (among other requirements) to ensure the consistency of machining datums. The entire process from rough machining to finish machining involves processes such as drilling, milling, thread machining, and turning, thereby achieving the optimal balance between cost and quality.

Service Process
Customer Requirement Collection
Gather customer requirements, including 2D drawings/3D models or samples, technical parameters, performance requirements, packaging styles, logistics methods, and production capacity needs.
Process Evaluation
Based on customer requirements, the technical team conducts a comprehensive assessment of process specifications, technical difficulties, potential risks, and equipment capabilities, and issues a Feasibility Report and Process Flow.
Quotation Arrangment
The cost accounting department calculates the total cost based on the Feasibility Report and Process Flow, provides the most competitive price, and reaches a satisfactory agreement with the customer.
Process Design
After signing the intent agreement with the customer, hold a development kick-off meeting and establish an APQP team. Conduct process and mold design based on historical defect data and PFMEA analysis, and issue design drawings.
Development & Manufacturing
Manufacture molds, jigs, gauges, and special equipment according to the design drawings; conduct trial production in phases such as T1/T2/T3; and produce qualified samples.
Testing & Inspection
Perform 100% drawing verification and confirmation in accordance with customer drawings and technical performance requirements to ensure product compliance.
Sample Delivery & Verification
Deliver samples (qualified through in-house inspection) to the customer for confirmation and verification, and collect customer feedback.
Mass Production
After verifying product stability through trial production phases including T1/T2/T3/PP/PV/SOP, conduct PFMEA verification, SPC process capability analysis, production capacity verification, MSA analysis, personnel training, and preparation of standardized documents. Enter mass production only after obtaining PPAP approval.
