Strong Sealing Performance
Most exhaust clamps (e.g., V-band clamps, U-bolt clamps) adopt a "surface-to-surface" or "ring-shaped" clamping structure. When tightened, they form a uniform pressure on the connecting end of exhaust pipes (such as flanges or pipe sockets), effectively preventing leakage of high-temperature exhaust gas (up to 800-1200℃) and reducing noise caused by gas leakage.
Excellent Vibration Resistance
Exhaust systems are subject to continuous vibration from the engine and road. High-quality exhaust clamps (usually made of stainless steel 304/316 or high-temperature alloy) have good elasticity and structural rigidity, which can absorb partial vibration energy, avoid loosening of the connection due to long-term vibration, and extend the service life of the exhaust system.

Connection Between Exhaust Manifold and Front Pipe
The exhaust manifold is directly connected to the engine cylinder head, and the front pipe connects the manifold to the catalytic converter. Exhaust clamps here need to withstand extremely high temperatures (close to engine exhaust temperature) and strong vibration, so high-temperature-resistant V-band clamps or flange clamps are usually used.

Connection Between Catalytic Converter (CAT) and Muffler
The catalytic converter and muffler are key components of the exhaust system, and their connection requires both sealing (to ensure exhaust gas fully passes through the catalyst for purification) and vibration resistance.
