HEYA METAL provides custom processing with a closed-loop service: "Requirement – Development – Verification – Mass Production". We align with customer needs, validate feasibility, develop samples, inspect and verify, then deliver stable mass production. This ensures precision and reliability.

Requirement Connection and Feasibility Analysis

Collect customer requirements (including 2D/3D drawings, samples, technical parameters, packaging/logistics/production capacity requirements, etc.). The technical team conducts a comprehensive assessment of process plans, technical difficulties, risk points, and equipment adaptability, outputs the Feasibility Report and Process Flow, and completes requirement confirmation and technical feasibility verification before project initiation.

Business Negotiation and Sample Development

The cost accounting department calculates the comprehensive cost based on the Feasibility Report, formulates a competitive quotation and reaches a cooperation intention with the customer; after signing the intention, an APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) team is established. Combined with past defects and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), the team completes the design of process molds, synchronously advances the manufacturing of molds/jigs/gauges and special equipment, and produces qualified samples through the T1/T2/T3 trial production phases.

Sample Inspection and Customer Verification

First, conduct 100% drawing verification on samples in accordance with customer drawings and technical performance requirements to ensure product compliance; then deliver the qualified samples to the customer for confirmation, collect customer feedback, and complete dual internal and external verification at the sample stage to lay the foundation for subsequent mass production.

Mass Production Preparation and Official Production Launch

Verify product stability through trial production in phases such as T1/T2/T3/PP (Pre-Production)/PV (Process Validation)/SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), and synchronously complete PFMEA verification, SPC (Statistical Process Control) process capability analysis, production capacity verification, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), personnel training and preparation of standardized documents; after obtaining PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) approval, officially enter the mass production phase.
